Shipping & Returns/Refund Policy

Shipping Policy:
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted shipping partner Shiprocket.

The projected delivery timeframe is between 5 and 8 days following order confirmation.


Returns and Refunds Policy:
We only accept returns/exchanges if you have received a damaged product, please write to us at exomoonnutrition@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds.
